When you purchase your online tickets, your name and the number of tickets purchased is automatically generated on our pre-purchased guestlist. When you arrive at the BSR Expo please check in at the admission table.

All VIP packets will be available for pick up at the upcoming venue the Friday before the expo between the hours of 3pm-7pm.

Although we prefer our VIP guests to pick up their packets the day before the event, it is not mandatory. VIP guests can also pick up their packets the day of the event at the admissions table.

No! VIP guests who are wearing their VIP badges will be fast tracked into the expo via the VIP entrance.
