When you purchase your online tickets, your name and the number of tickets purchased is automatically generated on our pre-purchased guestlist. When you arrive at the BSR Expo please check in at the admission table.
All VIP packets will be available for pick up at the upcoming venue the Friday before the expo. Exact times will vary. Please check our Facebook/Instagram a week before the show for specifics.
Although we prefer our VIP guests to pick up their packets the day before the event, it is not mandatory. VIP guests can also pick up their packets the day of the event at the admissions table. (Typically there will be two lines: one for pre-sale tickets and the other for new orders)
No! VIP guests who are wearing their VIP badges will be fast tracked into the expo via the VIP entrance.
We get that things sometimes come up in life that we can’t control. If this happens, please email us at bigskyreptiles406@gmail.com BEFORE the conclusion of the event. We will be able to process your refund once we verify you didn’t attend. Refunds typically take up to three business days to arrive.
We are unable to process refunds if you contact us AFTER the event has concluded.
